# Color Management for Photos (Photoshop, Lightroom Classic and Standalone mode)

When working with photos the operating system and the host applications will work with ICC Profile on by default. Meaning the software is doing the necessary transforms to display the images correctly in your monitor. In this cases, by default, the gamma used is 2.2, optimized for web delivery.

Back in CineDream, Preferences/Color, you’ll see those are the settings displayed, ICC Profile enabled and Gamma 2.2 (web). They are greyed out as there is no reason to change them.

CineDream viewer and the host application viewers (Photoshop and Lightroom Classic) should match.
