In **Adobe** **Photoshop**, open CineDream as a standalone app, then go back to Photoshop, go to Plugins and select CineDream, then choose between sending the image or a layer to CineDream and they will load inside CineDream. The first time you use CineDream in Photoshop you will have to choose a location for temporary files.

Once you are done with the grade hit the Share button on the top right corner. Then select Send to Photoshop from the dropdown menu. Back to Photoshop, you'll find the graded images. Alternatively you can go back to Photoshop and select Retrieve as New Image or as New Layer.
