# How to cancel subscription

To cancel your subscription access the License Manager following the steps described in the License Manager & Downloads section or go to <https://lm.cinedream.io> and follow the instructions.

Once inside the License Manager go to the "Your Licenses section" and click on "Manage Subscription".

You will be taken to a SendOwl page asking you to claim an account.

You’ll get a SendOwl email to set up the account.

After setting it up, go back to the License Manager and click the Manage Subscription button.

From the Edit subscription panel you can renew or cancel your subscription. In case you choose to cancel, it will remain active until the end of the current payment period.
