# Installation & Activation on Windows

On Windows, open the .msi file downloaded from the license manager and follow the prompts.

After installation you’ll be able to use CineDream on all host software and as a standalone app. To activate your license, copy your license from the license manager, then open CineDream and click on Activate, paste the license and follow the prompts.
