FCP 12: CineDream missing from Effects Panel

If the CineDream Effect is missing from the Effects Panel, go to the Search Bar at the bottom of the panel, open the dropdown menu, and make sure both "4K" and "HDR" are unchecked.

After that, CineDream and all your plugins will show up as usual.
